Life in abundance.

 Jesus came that we may have life in abundance.

This life abundance can only be found in Jesus Christ and no other place, and that is why Jesus said that he is the door, that anyone who enters through him will find pasture and will be able to go in and out. 

John 10:9

Been the door that guarantees the life of abundance that anyone who comes to him will find abundant life. John 10:10

The abundant life is the life that begins when we have accepted the gospel of Jesus Christ. This gospel guarantees us eternal life so that those who have believed the gospel have eternal life from the moment they believed.

1 John 5:13:

"I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life. 

This eternal life we have in Christ is the abundance of life that has been granted to us now as the believers of Christ.

How to continue in abundant life?

The meaning of abundant life can be found from the 

Book of Ephesians 5:18 

Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit.

How to know that you are filled with spirit

1. Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit.

Engaging in conversations that are uplifting, edifying, and centered on God's Word. Colossians 3:16

2. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord.

Experience and share the joy of faith. 

Hebrews 13:15

Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise, the fruit of lips that confess His name

3. Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:20

Thanksgivings should always be for the believer’s life.

Colossians 3:17

And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

Philippians 4:6

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God

Develop a Joyful Heart

We need to develop a joyful heart because it is only a joyful heart that can retain the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that guarantees our salvation.

Isaiah 12:3 

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Let us reflect on that joy we had when we first believed.

Revelation 2:4

Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. There are many that had never experienced this kind of love, and as a result, they remained unchanged. And what is the hope for such a person in entering the kingdom of Heaven?

We need to see the reality of the word of God and experience it in our lives before we can be filled with the Spirit that guarantees the abundant life. But we have not had such a touch and living as we are born to this world, it is very wrong and difficult to obtain the mercies of God in the times of need

However, we go through life alone without having God in control and being outside the door, which gives us life eternal and places us in the abundant life that Christ gives.
